Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We currently ship to Canada, USA, and some International locations. During checkout you will be able to see available shipping options to your location.

Free Canada wide shipping on order over $300+

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock or oversold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order. Your shipping charges may be adjusted accordingly. 

 

Liability:

After your package has been handed over to the courier the exchange of business for the package is now between the courier and the customer. We are not liable for packages that have been lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Please note: If you have selected Lettermail (No Tracking) option as your shipping method for TCG singles orders, we can not guarantee the estimated time of arrival. This also means that if the order does not arrive, we are not held accountable and refunds will not be possible. So please choose this option with discretion.
However as a courtesy, we will provide a drop off video of your order upon request. Please send an email to support@gurashies.com with your order number requesting for the video.

Incorrect Shipping Address/Unable to locate Recipient:

Please ensure all information is correct at time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address or unavailable recipient. If the package is deemed by the courier to return to sender and we have received the package, we will provide you with two options:

1) Receive a refund for the item(s) purchased excluding the cost of shipping.

or

2) Pay an additional shipping fee to have the item shipped to you again.

 

Effective August 29th, de minimis will be eliminated for all shipments imported into the U.S. regardless of origin country or shipment value. All shipments will need to go through U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) and could be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees. 

For US customers, all applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. Your order will be shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means you should not be charged any additional duties upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs, or other fees incurred after the initial transaction has processed. If your order is returned due to non-payment/return to sender you are liable for all return costs and any fees associated for the failed delivery, once the parcel is returned we will refund the order less all costs associated with it. These are non-refundable.
