Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do accept returns on items labelled as Blind Boxes or Trading Card Game products.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we have received and verified your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested prior to your order shipping, however please note that there is a 5% cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders.
